Concept Design-Schematic Design
It is a 7250 square meter private resort for a Saudi family.It consists of two mansions for the father and the older brother and six villas for the younger brothers.It is an ongoing project in the concept stage.
It is a 7250 square meter private resort for a Saudi family.It consists of two mansions for the father and the older brother and six villas for the younger brothers.It is an ongoing project in the concept stage.
The main concept was to design the houses semi attached to each other with courtyards for each to separate them from each other. As the whole land was surrounded by streets from all it’s sides, The design intention was to put the father’s mansion in one end of the land and the elder son t the other.
